Full Show - What with the Pine Country Rodeo going on this weekend, a zillion opportunities to listen to music and a slew of fine summer weather onhand it almost makes you wonder what took so long for you to relax in the first place.

Eagle 103.7 - Amapaloosa happens toinight at Grandon's Gallery on Leroux. Today we talked about the indie-underground scene going on at Applesauce and Macy's and Club 111 and how this eveneing's fete is a sendoff for one of the regulars to the scene.

News - This week we Joni Cakes, interviews a Mike, of the KOLT Lindsay & Mike show about his decision to participate in the upcoming 24th Annual Route 66 Regional Chili Cookoff - Thorpe Park, world championship qualifying event with public tasting of red chili and green chili salsa contest, crafters too, $3 tasting cup, 10 am - 4 pm, 928-526-4314

Heather Ainardi - Heather takes us to where it really all begins here in Flagstaff ~ the Flagstaff Visitors Center. We've all been there, sent people there and found it a great resource when we first ran out of gas here in town.

Kimberly Ott - Our intrepid City Hall correspondent introduces us to Stephanie and Ellie who showed up to visit Kimberly at City Hall and tell us all about the upcoming Flagstaff Raising Star contest ~ sort of a screening first step to the Americal Idol stage.

The Aquaplex! - Kathleen Viskocil "Senior Project Manager Capital Improvements Section for the City of Flagstaff" who also happens to be married to Tom Viskocil (the guy who helps Sinaqua High School put all their sports segments together) gave us the tour of the place. We caught David Grandon from Leroux on his first day at the sea creature mural...

Tony Norris - Gives us the goods. This week its a music calendar update and music as well. He keeps the thing down to earth and informative, as one might expect from such a mucalist ~ storyteller.

Sacred Rites - One of the places we shot today was the Sacred Rites shop on San Francisco Street. The vibes were great and that soundwave music therapy unit is something to behold...
